капитальные резервы
Нераспределенная прибыль компании, которая по ряду различных причин не рассматривается как подлежащая распределению в виде дивидендов среди акционеров. Она включает в себя часть прибыли, направленную на восстановление капитальных активов, и любые суммы, полученные от размещения выпуска акций сверх их номинальной стоимости, которые записываются на счет премии на акции (share premium account). В соответствии с Законом о компаниях 1985 г. капитальные резервы в настоящее время известны под названием не подлежащих распределению резервов (иn-distributable reserves). См. также:reserve (резерв).
